I personally take Alpha CRS+ as part of my supplement routine. In my own experience, while I take the supplement set my fibromyalgia symptoms have remained in remission. On occasions when I have stopped taking the set for several days, I have noticed the symptoms return. I do not know why this happens, which product or ingredient may be involved, or whether it is the combination. This is simply my personal experience and is not a claim that Alpha CRS+ or the supplement set treats fibromyalgia or will have the same effect for someone else.

What Research Is Exploring
Some individual nutrients found in Alpha CRS+ have also been studied separately in people with fibromyalgia. Small randomized placebo-controlled research on coenzyme Q10 has reported improvements in several symptom measures, including pain, fatigue, and Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire scores. Acetyl-L-carnitine has also been evaluated in randomized human trials, including a 102-person multicenter placebo-controlled study that reported advantages on several pain and quality-of-life measures. The evidence is not uniformly positive: a randomized placebo-controlled crossover trial of alpha-lipoic acid found no significant benefit for its primary pain outcome or several secondary outcomes.
These studies did not test Alpha CRS+ or the complete doTERRA supplement set, and the doses and formulations used in the trials may differ from the amounts in this product. They therefore cannot tell us whether any particular Alpha CRS+ ingredient explains an individual person's experience, nor do they establish Alpha CRS+ as a treatment for fibromyalgia. They are included because they show some of the questions researchers are exploring and also demonstrate why both positive and negative findings matter.
