Important Essential Oils Info
When using pure potent essential oils like doTERRA, keep in mind it takes very little to get desired results. Use sparingly. Also note that essential oils metabolize in about 2 hours, so reapply as necessary. This fast metabolic activity is why they do not have side effects like drugs.
Also make sure if you are using a hot oil, or deep blue rub, that you do not touch your eyes or other sensitive areas for about 20 minutes, or wash it off your hands with a drop of lemon oil.
