White Electric Enchantment Glint [1.19.2] BETTER

Does it work on 1.19.3? Im trying to use it as i had it on 1.19.2 and it worked fine and i just updated to 1.19.3 optifine, and installed the new visual enchantments for 1.19.3 but it doesnt work and the textures and black and purple boxes.
